Holder of a Bachelor of Teaching and Learning from the University of Canterbury, Charlotte Ensor has a background in early childhood education. After having three children, she then moved into the tourism industry to run her own travel brokerage business. In 2022, she returned to the education sector at 秀色直播鈥檚 College, covering administration, philanthropy, and academics prior to being appointed College Registrar in 2025.

Charlotte provides school tours, arranges interviews with the Executive Principal, processes paperwork and scholarship applications, organises classroom visits, and allocates Houses. She is available to take families through the enrolment process and provide support every step of the way. Charlotte is also involved in open days, information evenings, and the 24-hour boarding experience. She also welcomes families to a range of community events.
