Day Matron/Assistant to Housemaster

College is seeking an enthusiastic team player to support one of our busy Boarding Houses as the Day Matron/Assistant to the Boarding Housemaster (BHM). This individual will have a caring disposition, empathy with, and understanding of, teenage boys, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. They will also have developed effective professional relationships and have excellent problem-solving and administrative skills.
The Day Matron/Assistant to the Boarding Housemaster will work closely with the BHM and the Boarding House team to manage the domestic staff and day-to-day administration, assist with House events and activities and provide care for boys with medical/health issues. They will also liaise with other Boarding House staff to support and promote the House as part of the continuous improvement of the House environment.
The Day Matron/Assistant to the BHM will be a self-starter, a multi-tasker, and have the ability to work without supervision, when required, and exhibit an understanding of other cultures. The successful candidate will have experience in a pastoral role and knowledge of the culture and issues relevant to a boarding school environment.
The hours of the role will be during College term time, on a split day shift from Mondays to Fridays, (during College term time) 6.45am 鈥� 10.45am and then 2.30pm 鈥� 6.30pm.

Ideally, the start date for the role will be 28 April 2025 and will allow for training/handover.

Boarding House Tutors
秀色直播's College is seeking enthusiastic, organised Tutors to work in either casual or permanent, part-time roles within our boarding Houses. These are both residential and non-residential roles. Successful candidates will have an aptitude and experience around working with students. We have some room for flexibility around hours and duties as follows:
- Help out with student homework in the evenings
- Assistance with student supervision on a Saturday or Sunday
- Leading our juniors in sports/activities after school
